Loaded Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

20 minutesEasyServes 4

Y'all, this is the wrap that changed my mind about wraps! I used to think they were just sad desk lunches, but when you load them up with crispy bacon, perfectly seasoned chicken, and that creamy ranch goodness, they become something spectacular. This combination is like the holy trinity of flavors—chicken, bacon, and ranch were just meant to be together. I make these for busy weeknights, picnics, or anytime I want something satisfying that I can eat with one hand. Trust me, once you try these loaded beauties, you'll never go back to boring wraps again.

Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • • 2 lbs chicken breast, diced
  • • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • • 1 tsp paprika
  • • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • • Salt and pepper to taste

For Assembly:

  • • 4 large flour tortillas
  • • 8 strips bacon, cooked crispy
  • • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. 1. Season diced chicken with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. 3. While chicken cooks, fry bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Warm tortillas in microwave for 30 seconds or in a dry skillet to make them more pliable.
  5. 5. Spread 2 tablespoons of ranch dressing down the center of each tortilla, leaving space at the edges.
  6. 6. Layer with lettuce, diced tomatoes, cooked chicken, bacon pieces, and shredded cheese.
  7. 7. Add red onion slices for that extra crunch and flavor.
  8. 8. To wrap: fold in the sides first, then roll tightly from bottom to top.
  9. 9. Slice diagonally in half and secure with toothpicks if needed.
  10. 10. Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for on-the-go eating.
